With a strong academic foundation and a structured teaching approach, Poonam Ramteke plays a dual role at Aakar’s as the Head of College Examination and a Biology Faculty member. She has completed her M.Sc. in Botany along with a B.Ed. in Biology and Chemistry, equipping her with both subject expertise and pedagogical strength.

With over 5 years of teaching experience, Poonam ma’am focuses on building clear biological concepts and developing students’ understanding through logical explanation and application-based learning. Her classroom approach encourages curiosity while maintaining discipline and consistency.

Alongside teaching, she manages college examination systems, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, evaluation processes, and compliance with academic standards.

Her ability to balance academics and administration helps maintain high-quality teaching along with well-organized examination operations at Aakar’s.
